The main objective pursued with the implementation of a Quality System at MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is to fully satisfy the needs and expectations of customers by meeting their requirements and continuously improving processes.
This encompasses a wide range of factors such as presentation, price, delivery time, etc.—all of which are important and must be properly addressed from a broad quality perspective in order to achieve overall performance levels that enable us to reach our main objective.
It is therefore necessary for Quality to be understood, applied, and kept up to date at all levels of the company and by all its external collaborators. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work.
A strategic objective of MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. is to achieve a high level of competitiveness in the market, along with appropriate profitability from the company’s internal standpoint.
Since 2002, it has been an established policy at MORGUI CLIMA, S.L. to work under a documented quality system that is regularly verified for adequacy and effectiveness. The implemented quality system meets the applicable requirements of the current ISO 9001 standard.
Objectives
The ultimate goal is to guarantee the achievement of the following objectives:
1. Ensure the satisfaction of customers and other interested parties, with special attention to the following points:
- Optimal pricing for a high-quality product that meets established standards with effective prevention of potential non-conformities, so that these do not occur.
- Impeccable and professional commercial and technical service that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Planned management of technical projects tailored to our clients’ requests.
- Control of production and procurement to avoid inefficiencies or respond to them immediately.
- On-time deliveries.
- Enhancement of technical knowledge and cross-functional skills of our staff to boost their success and personal satisfaction.

To achieve these objectives, Management establishes the necessary measures to ensure that the Quality System:
- Is communicated throughout all areas of the company.
- Is understood.
- Is implemented.
- Is reviewed and kept up to date.
Management also commits to providing all the material and human resources needed to successfully implement the company’s Quality Policy.
The Quality Manager has the authority to interrupt any process that violates the principles of the Quality System.
Management declares that compliance with the requirements contained in the documentation comprising the Quality System is mandatory.
